Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the release process for train software development trains.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases according to project timelines.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the release pipeline.
- Implement and improve CI/CD practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Monitor release performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Release Management, preferably within a software development context.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
