Senior engineer responsible for designing, developing, and validating traffic modeling and missile tracking systems using advanced signal processing, radar, and simulation tools. Requires strong programming, embedded systems, and analytical skills with an active Secret clearance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms for traffic modeling and missile tracking using radar and sensor fusion techniques.
- Develop and maintain simulation environments in MATLAB and Python to validate system performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate embedded software (C/C++) into flight‑control hardware.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization of real‑time tracking systems.
- Document design decisions, test results, and provide technical support during field deployments.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret attainable).
- 5+ years of experience in radar, signal processing, or missile tracking system development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and MATLAB for algorithm development and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real‑time operating systems, and hardware‑software integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
