Engineering Manager
We're looking for an Engineering Manager focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This manager role requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
About the role
Lead the delivery of a substantial highway improvements programme, ensuring projects are delivered to budget and programme.
Ensure the design of projects meet local and national standards, are innovative and meet health and safety requirements.
Oversee the implementation of project management and design processes to achieve successful delivery.
Oversee contractors to ensure that highway works are constructed to design and budget.
Drive the development of the team through innovative methods of working including the use of AI.
Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, Members and other stakeholders.
