Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems for trading infrastructure.
- Develop and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to ensure efficient and reliable releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed trading systems, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with development and trading teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of critical trading applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting (Bash).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python for automation and tooling.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in high-pressure environments.
