About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and performant trading systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Develop and automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Contribute to the overall system architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ development.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Proven ability in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Understanding of system design principles and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with high-frequency trading environments is a plus.
