Seeking a Trading Platforms Business/System Analyst to join the IT-Developers team in Limassol. This role focuses on analyzing and improving trading platform systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements for trading platforms and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and test new platform features.
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability of trading platforms.
- Document system processes, user guides, and technical designs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in the financial or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
