Client‑facing analyst responsible for supporting a multi‑asset Order and Execution Management platform and global FIX connectivity, diagnosing complex technical issues, optimizing trading workflows, and maintaining high‑quality financial data in an AI‑enhanced environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2 support for the Order and Execution Management platform, handling incidents and service requests from institutional clients.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues across equities, derivatives, and digital‑asset trading flows.
- Analyze and improve business workflows, ensuring seamless integration with global FIX connectivity services.
- Maintain and enrich high‑quality financial and reference data that underpins client trading operations.
- Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate root‑cause analysis and automate routine remediation tasks.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of FIX protocol and experience supporting FIX connectivity.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS) in a multi‑asset environment.
- Experience working with financial market data, data quality controls, and reference data management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering solutions in production.
- Familiarity with AI/ML‑enabled monitoring or diagnostic tools is a plus.
