Systems Engineer
Lead the design and integration of advanced tracking and sensor fusion solutions for autonomous platforms, leveraging AI and ML to enhance situational awareness and operational effectiveness.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate tracking algorithms for robotic and autonomous systems.
- Integrate multi‑sensor data streams (radar, lidar, vision) using advanced signal processing and sensor fusion techniques.
- Implement machine learning models to improve target detection, classification, and trajectory prediction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and performance metrics.
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning in simulated and field environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tracking, sensor fusion, or related domains.
- Proficiency in C++/Python and experience with real‑time operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of signal processing, Kalman filtering, and machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, security‑cleared environment.
