About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable AWS environments using EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, EKS, RDS, and other core services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Windows Server and IaaS issues across networking, storage, and virtual machine layers.
- Develop and enforce disaster recovery plans for critical AWS resources, ensuring business continuity.
- Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization across the cloud stack.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AWS L2 administrator or similar role.
- Strong hands‑on skills in Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of IaaS concepts, networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
