About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform administration and configuration for the Aurascape AI DLP solution on Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain DLP policies, conduct AI‑tool testing, and produce detailed documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service stability and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct periodic risk and gap assessments, recommending improvements to enhance data protection posture.
Requirements
- Proven experience with DLP platforms, preferably Aurascape AI, and Palo Alto firewall technologies.
- Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of incident response, policy configuration, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing support and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to document processes, produce reports, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
