About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support ITIL processes and asset management.
- Enhance operational reporting and information flow by integrating ServiceNow with existing business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support for existing ServiceNow projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development (flows, scripting, integrations) and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in automation scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) and experience with asset management processes.
