Software Engineer
Lead a team to design and maintain scalable data and feature‑engineering pipelines on BigQuery using Python and SQL, while driving automation, continuous improvement, and SLA compliance through effective people and operations management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines on Google BigQuery using Python and SQL for ingestion, transformation, and feature generation.
- Map and reconcile schemas across Entra ID, TrendMicro, and other source systems to ensure data consistency.
- Automate operational workflows and monitoring using PowerShell scripts and other tooling to meet client SLAs.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to support anomaly‑detection models and drive data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python development and data pipeline engineering.
- Strong proficiency with Google BigQuery, SQL, and schema design.
- Hands‑on experience automating tasks and managing infrastructure using PowerShell.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on schedule.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
