Software Engineer
Lead enterprise‑grade LAN/WAN design and operations, driving hybrid cloud networking across Azure and GCP, while delivering advanced routing, switching, SD‑WAN, wireless, and NAC/802.1X solutions with automation and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own architecture and design authority for enterprise LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, wireless, and NAC/802.1X solutions across on‑premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Lead technical escalation (L3) for complex incidents, providing root‑cause analysis and resolution.
- Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review and validate network designs, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in routing, switching, SD‑WAN, wireless, and NAC/802.1X technologies.
- Proven expertise in hybrid cloud networking, particularly Azure and GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of automating network processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding technical teams and stakeholders.
