Lead the design and automation of MS Teams and SharePoint Online solutions, driving operational efficiency and asset management through robust, ITIL-aligned processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop automation tools that integrate MS Teams, Microsoft Teams Voice, and SharePoint Online to streamline reporting and information flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with ITIL best practices and organizational quality standards.
- Lead asset management initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management across the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support for existing projects, addressing client requests and troubleshooting issues.
- Document processes, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with MS Teams, Microsoft Teams Voice, and SharePoint Online development.
- Strong background in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and asset management principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
