Software Engineer
Lead a team delivering AI/ML‑driven anomaly detection for identity and endpoint security, while managing Jenkins pipelines and Windows PowerShell automation to meet client SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models for anomaly detection on Entra ID and TrendMicro telemetry.
- Own the end‑to‑end ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and explainability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate model integration and release processes.
- Develop and maintain Windows PowerShell scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tooling.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine‑learning development and productionization, preferably in security or network operations domains.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Jenkins and Windows PowerShell for automation and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Azure identity services (Entra ID) and endpoint security solutions such as TrendMicro.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including people management, stakeholder communication, and SLA governance.
