As a Total Rewards Data Analyst at micron , you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform total rewards strategies and drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven insights to optimize total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to analyze and visualize total rewards data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven insights to inform total rewards strategies.
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and data analysis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization principles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
