About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize database and storage solutions on Google Cloud for high‑profile customers.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using C# and C++ to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Provide expert-level DNS configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Lead crisis management efforts, coordinating rapid resolution of critical incidents and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in C# and C++ development, preferably in cloud environments.
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud services, especially Cloud SQL, Spanner, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
- Strong expertise in DNS architecture, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
- Proven track record handling high‑severity incidents and delivering effective crisis management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
