About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tools that streamline asset‑management processes and ITIL workflows.
- Implement best practices to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide on‑call support for escalated incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new solutions into existing infrastructure and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Document code, processes, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages for automation development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and asset‑management best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
