Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced tooling and automation systems for Starlink manufacturing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Utilize CAD software for detailed design and simulation of tooling.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate tooling designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and automation in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Experience with automation technologies and programming (e.g., Python).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design principles.
- Familiarity with FEA for design validation.
