Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Tomahawk program.
- Oversee the technical execution, schedule, and budget for HWIL development and integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and systems engineers.
- Ensure successful delivery of HWIL capabilities aligned with program objectives.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to IPT members.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
