We're looking for a Systems Engineer focused on streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency. This manager role requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
About the role
Lead the installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of sorting equipment (e.g., cross-belt, shoe, and swivel wheel sorters).
Establish and optimize equipment maintenance systems; develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets are met.
Respond promptly to technical anomalies; develop a fault knowledge base and utilize data analysis for early risk warning and prevention.
Drive equipment modifications and process optimizations based on electromechanical logic; collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration with WCS/WMS and other sorting systems.
Manage third-party maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors for spare parts management and high-level technical support.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and O&M of automated sorting equipment.
Proficient in sorting equipment principles; familiar with PLC logic, sensor applications, and mechanical transmission systems.
Understanding of sorting system (WCS/WMS) interaction logic; capable of troubleshooting complex hardware-software integration issues.
Systematic thinking with the ability to derive systemic solutions from individual issues; strong risk identification and pre-warning capabilities.
High sense of responsibility; respond promptly; excellent communication and multi-party coordination skills.
Holding middle/senior electrician certification or Mechanical Engineer title.
Experience in "0-to-1" implementation projects for large-scale logistics or e-commerce fulfillment centers is a plus.
