Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement gradient penalty strategies to combat transaction risks such as fraud and chargeback etc while balancing impacts on revenue growth. - Drive forward-looking fund penalty products and appeal products to enhance end-to-end user experience and minimise business impacts. - Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams, especially risk control and compliance teams, to drive a healthy ecosystem and safe transaction environment in TikTok LIVE. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in Product Management in risk governance area. - Good understanding about user experience and risk control measures. - Data and result driven with strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently. - Strong cross functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus. - Experience in working in a multi-cultural cross functional team environment.
