Seeking a Tier II System Engineer to provide O&M support for on-premise Azure environments. Responsibilities include managing Windows-based IT systems, investigating infrastructure issues, and performing scan/remediation tasks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for on-premise Azure environments.
- Manage and maintain Windows-based IT systems, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues, including routing, switching, and computing problems.
- Analyze recurring performance issues and troubleshoot account and service configurations.
- Perform scan and remediation tasks to ensure system security and integrity.
- Report task progress and provide feedback on system performance and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in system administration and IT operations.
- Proficiency in managing Windows-based IT systems.
- Familiarity with Azure on-premise environments.
- Ability to perform technical investigations and problem-solving for infrastructure issues.
- Experience with scanning and remediation tasks.
