Seeking a Tier 3 Computer Technician and Assistant Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support and hardware repair. This role involves escalating issues and administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, resolving complex technical issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for computer hardware and software problems.
- Conduct hands-on, Dell-certified hardware repair and maintenance.
- Assist with the administration and management of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure and server environments.
- Document technical procedures and solutions for knowledge base.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tier 3 technician or in a similar advanced support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID administration.
- Proficiency in Dell hardware repair and diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with systems administration and network support.
