TIBCO EBX Platform Support Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX Platform Support Lead to lead enterprise EBX administration, production support, governance, release management, and operational stability across business-critical MDM environments .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead L2/L3 production support and administration of TIBCO EBX.
- Manage Data Spaces, Data Sets, Workflows , and EBX platform configurations.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management.
- Own release coordination, deployment activities, and production stability.
- Perform RCA and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor platform performance and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and global stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the EBX support team.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational processes, and governance standards.

Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience with strong TIBCO EBX/MDM exposure.
- Hands-on experience in production EBX support and administration .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading support teams and working in a global support model .
- Strong understanding of MDM, data governance, incident management, and release management .
Good to Have:
- TIBCO EBX Certified Professional
- ITIL Certification
- Enterprise MDM transformation experience.
Pay: ₹693,476.92 - ₹2,598,870.44 per year
