Software Engineer
Lead Tibco BW development while embedding DevOps practices, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and seamless integration across the software lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tibco BW solutions that align with business requirements.
- Implement and enforce best practices for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment within a DevOps environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Tibco BW implementations and DevOps processes.
- Document solution designs, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing with Tibco BW and related integration tools.
- Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and build tools (Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
