Seeking a Thermal Systems Engineer with an Active Top Secret clearance to perform thermal analysis and design for complex systems. Expertise in CFD, FEA, and heat transfer principles is required.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed thermal analysis and simulations for aerospace systems.
- Develop and validate thermal models using industry-standard software (e.g., Thermal Desktop, SINDA/FLUINT).
- Conduct trade studies and recommend design solutions to meet thermal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate thermal solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.
- Support system testing and verification activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in thermal analysis, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
- Proficiency in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
- Experience with systems engineering principles and processes.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
