About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and scale thermal processes for product lines, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, Production) to integrate new materials and technologies into existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for process deviations, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in thermal process development within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Python) and statistical process control.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality systems (ISO, GMP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
