Seeking a Testing Lead for an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. This role focuses on developing and executing test strategies, leading QA efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Oversee all testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define test scenarios and expected results.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the Oracle Cloud ERP system throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Testing Lead or in a similar leadership role within ERP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing detailed test cases and test scripts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
