Testing & Validation Engineer Automotive - American road technology & Solutions Pvt ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for individual components and full vehicle assemblies, covering functional, durability, and safety criteria.
• Conduct bench‑level, subsystem, and on‑road testing, recording performance data and identifying failure modes.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and recommend design modifications or corrective actions to engineering teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to validate new parts, prototypes, and production units.
• Maintain test equipment, calibrate instruments, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on testing and validation experience in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in test planning, data acquisition, and analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, MATLAB, Excel).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
