Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop, and execute test systems for complex programs, overseeing all project phases while coordinating with functional groups and the customer.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of test system programs from concept through delivery, ensuring technical integrity and schedule adherence.
- Lead an integrated product team of multidisciplinary engineers, providing technical guidance, execution oversight, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with functional organizations—software, hardware, manufacturing, and program office—to align requirements, interfaces, and test plans.
- Develop and maintain test architectures, procedures, and automation frameworks using languages such as Python and Embedded C.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, track risks, and report status to senior leadership and the customer.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in test systems and systems engineering.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex test solutions.
- Strong knowledge of test automation, embedded software development, and hardware integration.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
