Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of test solutions for effectors hardware.

- Drive test automation strategy, creating reusable frameworks and scripts to accelerate validation cycles.

Requirements
- Senior-level experience (5+ years) in embedded software development and test automation.

- Active DoD Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship mandatory.
