- Support development teams in preparing and implementing automated tests.
- Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and risks for testability and quality.
- Define test cases, test data, test levels, and quality criteria for structured quality assurance.
- Advise and empower development teams in test automation and modern testing methods.
- Promote the establishment of sustainable test processes and support continuous improvement of software quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of test automation principles and methodologies.
- Experience in developing test strategies, concepts, and designs.
- Ability to analyze requirements and assess testability.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
