Engineering Manager
Lead a multidisciplinary test team to define strategy, execute integration testing, validate hardware, verify software, and drive continuous improvement for advanced AR combat training systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end test strategy for complex AR training hardware and software systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute system integration tests, ensuring traceability to requirements and performance metrics.
- Lead hardware validation activities, including environmental, reliability, and safety testing.
- Oversee software verification, managing test case creation, automation, and defect resolution.
- Mentor and grow a cross‑functional test team, fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test management for embedded or AR/VR systems.
- Strong background in systems integration, hardware validation, and software verification.
- Proficiency with test planning tools, automated test frameworks, and Agile development processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
