Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive test management strategies for HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Drive the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors by ensuring robust quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with international HR departments and country-specific teams to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization through system testing.
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and user experience.
- Act as a central driver for HR transformation initiatives, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of HR IT systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test management, particularly within HR systems and enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
