- Facilitate defect management and resolution processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, particularly with financial systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Proficiency in test automation concepts and SQL for data validation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
