Key Responsibilities
- Manage test activities for Salesforce (Service Cloud module), Lightico, and internally developed advisor tools.
- Define test scope and write/execute test plans.
- Prepare test data and identify, write, and manage defects.
- Execute tests and conduct post-deployment testing.
- Write test progress reports and acceptance test reports.
- Identify tests eligible for automation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Test Leader within an Agile squad.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, specifically the Service Cloud module.
- Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with tools like Lightico is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
