About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of automated test suites using Python and Selenium across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate functional and design specifications into robust test scripts.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose automated solutions to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor junior testers, review code, and enforce best practices in test automation.
- Continuously refine testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to align with evolving project needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading test automation initiatives with Python and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of functional testing principles and test design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience with test management tools and continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of testers toward higher quality deliverables.
