Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and Python.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify testing requirements and provide expert testing support.
- Monitor testing progress, report on activities, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading test teams in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Selenium, and Python for test automation.
- Hands‑on experience with test strategy development, test planning, and test case creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with test management tools and continuous integration pipelines is a plus.
