Test Engineering Specialist - Electronics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy automated test programs and fixtures for new and existing electronic products.
• Diagnose production test failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement durable corrective actions.
• Standardize test equipment, procedures, and data collection across multiple production lines.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to eliminate failure modes and improve product yield.
• Maintain test documentation, version control, and performance metrics to ensure repeatable, high‑quality testing.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and programming (e.g., LabVIEW, C/C++).
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing, PCB testing, and test equipment calibration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware failures and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
