Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complex defense software and hardware systems.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium.

- Mentor and coach test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, ensuring test activities are integrated into sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of test engineering experience in a regulated or defense environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium, and test automation best practices.
- Strong understanding of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration pipelines.
