QA Engineer
Seeking a Test Engineer to design and execute test plans, develop automated tests, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
- Perform API testing and database validation using SQL.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience with API testing and understanding of RESTful services.
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
