Seeking a Test Engineer to design, execute, and automate test plans for PCBA and system-level electronics, ensuring product quality and reliability using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures for PCBA and integrated systems.
- Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests using automated and manual test equipment.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document test findings, generate detailed reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Support product qualification and validation activities throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in electronics testing and PCBA validation.
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
