Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental reliability testing of lithium metal battery packs and modules.
- Perform performance testing and abuse testing on battery packs and modules.
- Develop and build test platforms according to project requirements.
- Identify and resolve various technical problems encountered during the testing process.
- Collaborate with project leaders to ensure testing aligns with project arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test engineering, specifically with battery technologies.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing test environments and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address testing challenges.
- Ability to interpret test requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
