QA Engineer
Quality assurance professional responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases for enterprise cybersecurity applications, ensuring functional, regression, and integration quality while improving automated test coverage.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing cybersecurity features.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user‑acceptance testing to validate system behavior against requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in an Agile environment to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Enhance automated test frameworks and increase coverage using tools such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, or equivalent.
- Document test results, defects, and test artifacts in tracking systems and contribute to continuous‑integration pipelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java, PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and defect‑tracking tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, JIRA).
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
