QA Engineer
Perform functional and environmental testing of aerospace components, develop automated test procedures, and analyze results using Python, C++, and LabVIEW to ensure compliance with stringent aerospace standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test plans for avionics, propulsion, and landing‑gear systems.
- Create and maintain test software using Python, C++, and LabVIEW for data acquisition and control.
- Analyze test data, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions based on statistical methods.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve hardware failures and improve test processes.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with aerospace and defense standards (e.g., MIL‑STD, DO‑160).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands‑on test engineering experience in aerospace or defense environments.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data acquisition hardware, signal conditioning, and hardware debugging techniques.
- Experience interpreting aerospace test standards and generating compliance documentation.
