QA Engineer
Test Engineer II responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing test programs for a heavy‑lift orbital launch vehicle, using Python, LabVIEW and automated test equipment while ensuring strict safety and quality standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test procedures and test rigs for propulsion, structures, and avionics subsystems of a reusable launch vehicle.
- Implement automated test sequences using Python and LabVIEW to increase repeatability and reduce cycle time.
- Collect, process, and analyze test data to validate performance against design specifications and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with design, integration, and operations teams to troubleshoot anomalies and drive corrective actions.
- Document test results, generate reports, and ensure compliance with aerospace safety standards and internal quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field with 2+ years of hands‑on test engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and LabVIEW for test automation and data acquisition.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, interpreting test data, and reporting findings.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in aerospace or high‑risk engineering environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
