QA Engineer
Entry‑level Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing automated and manual test plans for aerospace hardware and software, using Python, C++, and Linux tools to ensure mission‑critical performance and reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for aerospace hardware and embedded software.
- Execute functional, integration, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop tests, capturing and analyzing results to verify system performance.
- Collaborate with design, software, and systems engineers to identify test requirements and resolve defects.
- Maintain test equipment, configure test rigs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document test procedures, results, and findings in clear reports and update configuration management repositories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for test development and scripting.
- Experience with test automation tools, Linux environments, and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting.
