QA Engineer
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, combining manual, automated, and performance testing to ensure high-quality releases across the development lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for new releases, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and performance domains.
- Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify testable requirements and design effective test cases.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test design and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation, manual testing, and performance testing.
- Strong knowledge of test strategy development and quality engineering principles.
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
