QA Engineer
Seeking a Test Engineer for ground systems to develop and execute test plans, automate testing processes, and ensure the quality of space data applications. Requires Python and Linux expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ground systems and software applications.
- Design and implement automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to identify and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Document test procedures, results, and bug reports clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
